Unplug the power bank and detach the controller, then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Hang it to air dry so the fleece stays soft. Skip the tumble dryer and do not wring it out.

No. BurCozy runs cordless from a USB-C power bank that tucks into the pocket, so you can move around the house while it stays warm. You can add our matching power bank at checkout, or use your own 20W or higher USB-C bank.
Because the battery is separate, it is easy to recharge or replace, and the robe never wears out with it.
What size should I order?
BurCozy comes in one generous size designed to fit most adults. It is a full-length hooded robe cut roomy enough to wear over your clothes, with space to tuck your feet in.
How long does the heat last?
Up to 3 hours on a full charge with our power bank on the highest setting, and longer on the lower settings. With your own power bank, run time depends on its capacity.
Is it safe to wear?
BurCozy runs on low-voltage USB power, the same kind that charges a phone, so there is no wall current in the robe. It includes overheat protection and an automatic shut-off timer. We do not recommend sleeping in it overnight.
